TLDR; the staff proceed with the exchange without properly communicating with me that there’s an additional amount for the transaction. Products are great but the staff forced a sale on me. I was to exchange a purchase I bought during the sale for a larger size but there were no larger size available except for a different design that was also on sale during their event. I haven’t made up my mind let alone sign the paper for their exchange policy yet because I was discussing with my partner if its okay that our caps will not have a matching design anymore but when my partner and I agreed not to proceed with the exchange, the staff insisted that the transaction must push through because they have already processed the exchange which I wasn’t aware of the additional amount it comes with it and that I did not wanted the exchange since my partner’s cap and I is not matching anymore. I tried to reason with them calmly but they told me there’s nothing I can do about it because the receipt was already printed and that it was already on their system. I don’t know about their policy but to save me from the stress and the trouble, I just continued with the transaction. Next time, communicate with the customer properly because what happened is something against my will.

The store was pretty packed with people when I arrived. I had no idea how big basketball and Jordan are in the Philippines. The store had a decent selection of shoes. I saw a couple of pairs I wanted to try on and made my way up to the checkout area. I was greeted by Prince. He took over from there and made the process easy. Got me even a pair of lo tops.....excellent job. Great store.
